Toda entidad Americana, incluso de doble nivel, que tenga al menos el DIEZ PORCIENTO (10%) de socios extranjeros, directos o indirectos, deben completar la encuesta obligatoriamente.

Solamente aquellas entidades que se hayan creado en el año 2022 o antes deben completar la encuesta.

La encuesta es anual?
No, la encuesta de referencia del BEA se realiza cada CINCO (5) años y por primera vez es obligatoria.

Qué información se presenta?
El periodo fiscal a reportar dentro de esta encuesta es el correspondiente al año 2022.
