Laudos arbitrales sobre pesificación de deudas

En el mes de marzo Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal obtuvo dos laudos arbitrales favorables de la Cámara Arbitral de la Bolsa de Cereales de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Los conflictos planteados versaban sobre ciertas deudas mantenidas por productores de cereal exportable con un cliente del Estudio que se dedica a la explotación y exportación de maíz pisingallo.
Más allá de la forma en que se resolvió el conflicto de fondo, lo destacable de ambos laudos es el tratamiento que la Cámara Arbitral de la Bolsa de Cereales dio a la aplicación de la normativa de emergencia para aquellas obligaciones que se encontraban en mora al momento del dictado de la Ley de Emergencia Económica Nº 25.561 y el Decreto Nº 214/02.
