El 16 de noviembre de 2006 fue publicada y entró en vigencia la Ley N º 26.158 la “Ley de Incentivos para la Vivienda”) conforme la cual se dispuso un régimen general de incentivos para la adquisición y construcción de vivienda única, familiar y permanente, el cual contempla, entre otras cuestiones, la implementación de créditos destinados a locatarios de viviendas. Asimismo, la norma busca beneficiar a inquilinos que suscriban contratos de leasing y a aquellos que destinen un terreno propio a la construcción de vivienda única, familiar y permanente. Finalmente, la ley prevé la devolución y compensación del Impuesto al Valor Agregado a quienes construyan inmuebles.
En relación con el otorgamiento de créditos, la Ley de Incentivos para la Vivienda dispone que podrán resultar beneficiarios de este régimen aquellas personas físicas que acrediten cumplir los siguientes...
