Ley 5805 de la provincia de Río Negro, publicada en el Boletín Oficial de Río Negro el 01/09/2025
Crea un régimen que obliga a los operadores de las actividades hidrocarburíferas, mineras y energéticas, y a todos aquellos proyectos que serán ejecutados bajo el régimen de incentivo de la Ley nacional 27742 (Régimen de Incentivo a las Grandes Inversiones), a priorizar a proveedores rionegrinos −definidos y certificados mediante un Registro público− en todas las contrataciones de bienes, servicios y obras vinculadas a la ejecución de proyectos en la provincia.
Los sujetos obligados deben garantizar que, al menos, el 60 % de las contrataciones de bienes, servicios y obras en las diferentes etapas de ejecución se realice por proveedores inscriptos en el Registro de Proveedores Rionegrinos.
La autoridad podrá requerir informes, auditar, verificar y practicar inspecciones. Los sujetos obligados que incumplan las disposiciones sobre contratación de proveedores rionegrinos serán pasibles de las siguientes sanciones: apercibimiento...
