Con vigencia a partir del 13 de septiembre de 2011, el BCRA introdujo modificaciones a la Comunicación “A” 4443 (y modificaciones) que, en el marco de normas que regulan el Mercado Único y Libre de Cambios (MULC), fija las disposiciones a seguir en materia de liquidación de anticipos de clientes por exportaciones realizadas por residentes, y prefinanciaciones de exportación recibidas por éstos.
