La reciente ratificación del Convenio 190 de la OIT sobre la eliminación de la violencia y el acoso en el mundo del trabajo ha reactivado en diversas mesas el tema del acosolaboral. Actualmente, se encuentra en trámite legislativo el expediente No. 20.873 “Ley para prevenir y sancionar el acoso laboral en el sector público y privado”, cuya eventual aprobación promete transformar la manera en que las organizaciones abordan esta temática.
Sin embargo, mientras dicho proyecto cumple los procedimientos legislativos para su aprobación, resulta igualmente necesario conocer qué conductas han sido consideradas como no constitutivas de acoso laboral por los tribunales costarricenses.
