El 20 de octubre pasado se aprobó la Ley N°20.075 relativa a la Rendición de Cuentas y Balance de Ejecución Presupuestal correspondiente al ejercicio 2021.
La citada disposición establece importantes modificaciones en materia laboral para las empresas, entre las que destacamos:
I. Obligación de constituir domicilio electrónico ante el MTSS para empresas del sector privado
A partir del 1° de enero de 2023 las audiencias de conciliación que se realicen ante el M.T.S.S. (Art. 3° de la Ley N°18.572) serán notificadas en el domicilio electrónico constituido por el empleador ante el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
