El pasado 15 de marzo de 2023, fue firmado por el Presidente de la República de Costa Rica, el Reglamento a la Ley de Atracción de Inversiones Fílmicas, el cual tiene por objeto establecer las disposiciones operativas relacionadas a la Ley de Atracción de inversiones fílmicas en Costa Rica número 10071 y así facilitar y promover la llegada de proyectos de dicha industria a nuestro país.
Es importante recalcar, que el Reglamento establece que por actividades fílmicas debe entenderse a la preproducción, producción y postproducción de los productos audiovisuales definidos en el artículo 3 de la Ley.
