El pasado 11 de setiembre fue aprobado el proyecto de Ley de Emprendedurismo por la Cámara de Representantes que contiene en su Título III modificaciones a la Ley de Mercado de Valores. Esta ley todavía no entró en vigencia ya que falta su promulgación y la publicidad en el Diario Oficial. Según este proyecto ley se crea la posibilidad de realizar emisiones a través de plataformas de financiación colectiva.
