El decreto N° 277/2018, publicado en el Boletín Oficial el 6 de abril de 2018, encomendó a la Oficina Anticorrupción (“OA”) establecer lineamientos y guías para ayudar a las personas jurídicas a cumplir con los artículos 22 y 23 de la Ley N° 27.401, que establecen los requisitos para los Programas de Compliance/Integridad bajo dicha ley. Así, la OA preparó un borrador preliminar que fue sometido a consulta pública a partir del 1 de agosto de 2018. La versión final, un documento de 70 páginas, fue publicada en el Boletín Oficial el 4 de octubre de 2018.
