El “greenwashing” consiste en una estrategia de marketing que utilizan las empresas para proyectar una imagen de sostenibilidad, a pesar de que sus acciones causan impactos negativos al medio ambiente. Con el fin de combatir esta situación, se radicó ante la Secretaría General del Senado el Proyecto de Ley No. 101 de 2023.
