Tras la reciente aprobación en el Senado de la reforma laboral propuesta por nuestro Gobierno actual, es relevante examinar el estado de esta reforma promovida por la misma corriente política.
Desde marzo de 2023, el Gobierno se ha visto inmerso en una controvertida reforma laboral, desencadenando intensos debates y experimentando notables avances y retrocesos. El 15 de diciembre de 2023, la Comisión Séptima de la Cámara de Representantes aprobó 16 de los 98 artículos propuestos.
