Reforma de la Ley 19.307 de Promoción y Defensa de la Competencia, 2019-01-01

El pasado 11 de setiembre la Cámara de Senadores aprobó el proyecto de ley de reforma de los artículos 4, 7 8 y 9 de la ley de Promoción y Defensa de la Competencia N° 18.159. Dicho proyecto de ley, aún no ha sido promulgado por el Poder Ejecutivo, lo que sucederá en algunos días.
Las reformas introducidas refieren a dos aspectos principalmente. En primer lugar se introducen modificaciones al artículo 4° de la ley que enumera prácticas que considera prohibidas. En segundo lugar, se introducen modificaciones al régimen de control de concentraciones económicas.
