La Ley 10.069 denominada Ley sobre Letra de Cambio y Pagaré Electrónicos que busca incentivar el uso de tecnología estimulando el acceso al crédito en forma eficiente y segura, podrá finalmente ser aplicada con la vigencia y pautas que ha establecido el Reglamento sobre Entidades de Registros Centralizados de Letras de Cambio y Pagarés Electrónicos aprobado mediante el Acuerdo SUGEVAL 21-23 publicado en el Alcance # 31 a La Gaceta # 35 del 24 de febrero del 2023 y que regirá a partir del 24 de marzo.
