Respecto la Ley contra la Adulteración, imitación y contrabando de bebidas con contenido alcohólico

El pasado 15 de abril, fue publicada la Ley contra la Adulteración, Imitación y Contrabando de Bebidas con Contenido Alcohólico, que reforma el artículo 15 de la Ley 9047, Regulación y Comercialización de Bebidas con Contenido Alcohólico.
Mediante tal, se procura un instrumento para combatir el comercio ilícito, facultando al Ministerio de Hacienda para que lidere la implementación de un mecanismo tecnológico no manipulable que permita identificar y por ende controlar se cumpla con el correcto proceso de producción e importación de las bebidas con contenido alcohólico.
