Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) Order 2010

Lastly 6 April 2010 marked the commencement of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) Order 2010. This amendment order inserts a new Class C4 Houses in multiple occupation which is the use of a dwelling house by not more that six residents as a house in multiple occupation, and makes consequential amendments to Class C3.
