In the Birmingham Employment Tribunal, Ms Taylor, who identifies as gender-fluid, successfully argued that she had suffered harassment and discrimination because of gender reassignment. The remedies hearing has now taken place and Ms Taylor has been awarded '180,000 in compensation.
