Notice to clients and friends

Dr. Laura Melusine Baudenbacher has been appointed President of the Swiss Competition Commission by the Federal Council as of 1 January 2023. In this context, she also wants to reorientate herself with regard to her legal practice. We have therefore decided to part company with the law firm that we have operated with Prof. Dr. Peter Nobel, Dr. Benno Bernet and Dr. Philipp Perren since 1 January 2022. We thank our former colleagues for the good cooperation over the past year and wish them all the best.
