La Corte de Apelaciones de Santiago invalidó la sentencia del juzgado de trabajo que declaró injustificado el despido de una trabajadora debido a que la carta de despido era genérica. El fallo concluyó que la ley no exige que la carta contenga una descripción y comprobación minuciosa de los fundamentos del despido, sino que éstos solo deberían acreditarse de manera acuciosa en un eventual juicio.
