2 May 2016 Dr. Adel bin Zaid Altoraifi said that the Cabinet was briefed on the topics listed on its session's agenda, including ones the Shura Council has already co-shared in their study and it has decided the following:

First :

After consideration of the Shura Council's resolution No. (68/34) dated 18/07/1437 H., the Cabinet approved the Agreement on Delimitation of Maritime Boundaries between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab Republic of Egypt, signed in (Cairo) dated 01/07/1437 AH.

A royal decree has been prepared for this purpose.

Second:

After reviewing the recommendation of the Standing Committee of the Council of Economic Affairs and Development No. (13-16 / 37 / D) dated on 14/6/1437 AH, the Cabinet decided the following:

1 - Amendment of paragraph (D) of Article (IV) of the Regulations of promotions issued according to the Civil Service Council's Resolution No. (1/686) dated 15/03/1421 AH, to be the following text:
