El 18 de noviembre de 2016 se publicó en el Boletín Oficial la Ley N° 27.290 que modifica nuevamente los artículos 255 y 284 de la Ley General de Sociedades (“LGS”).
La Ley N° 27.290 entró en vigencia el 26 de noviembre de 2016.
La Ley N° 27.290 modifica el artículo 255 de la LGS referido a la composición del directorio, volviendo a su redacción anterior pero aclarando que en el caso de las Sociedades Anónimas Unipersonales (SAU) no se requerirá de la designación de un directorio colegiado.
