NFPLA Announces Continuing Education Requirements

The National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) recently distributed a memorandum announcing that certified Contract Advisors will be subject to continuing education requirements. The new program apparently also includes a bi-annual multiple choice test. As of this writing we've not seen the materials underlying the NFLPA's continuing education course, but the ongoing requirement reminds us of the continuing legal education requirements already applicable to many attorneys across the United States.
