El Convenio relativo a la Comunicación y Notificación en el Extranjero de Documentos Judiciales y Extrajudiciales en materia Civil y Comercial, firmado en La Haya el 15 de noviembre de 1965, aprobado por Ley 25.097, entró en vigor para la Argentina a partir del 1º de septiembre de 2001.
