Payment Of Annuity For Database Maintenance – PRODHAB

Articles 78 and 79 of the Executive Decree No. 37554-JP establish that every database registered before in the Costa Rican Agency for the Protection of Citizens' Data (PRODHAB) is subject to the annuity payment for the databases' regulation and administration. The payment term ends on January 31, 2020.
