Public Procurement Thresholds

What? The financial thresholds for the application of the EU public procurement directives are adjusted every two years and the new thresholds have been published.

When? The new thresholds shall apply from 1 January 2012.

The revised thresholds are:

Works contracts, subsidised works contracts and works concession contracts.
