El Salvador: Aprobación de asueto remunerado 26 de diciembre de 2022 y 2° de enero de 2023

La Asamblea Legislativa aprobó por Decreto Legislativo Número 613 promulgado el día 20 de diciembre de 2022, asueto remunerado para el día 26 de diciembre de 2022, además del día 2 de enero de 2023.
El Art. 1 del referido Decreto establece expresamente que: “Los empleados Del sector privado, además de los días 25 de diciembre de 2022 y 1 de enero de 2023, gozarán de licencia remunerada los días lunes 26 de diciembre de 2022 y lunes 2 de enero de 2023, debiendo éstas, organizar los turnos que crean convenientes en aquellos casos en que las necesidades del trabajo así lo exijan”.
Para los trabajadores del sector privado, el 26 de diciembre de este año configura un día asueto al igual que el 25; aclaramos lo anterior, debido a que el Articulo 1 del referido Decreto, el cual hemos transcrito, utiliza el término “licencia remunerada”, que es la figura para el sector público; pero en el caso del sector privado, el mismo Artículo 2 del Decreto hace referencia a...
