Suspensión de la tramitación de un proceso arbitral por autoridad judicial

La Entidad Binacional Yacyretá (EBY) inició un proceso de conocimiento y pedido de medida cautelar ante la justicia federal de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires a fin de que el magistrado dictase una medida cautelar de no innovar que ordenare al tribunal arbitral interviniente en el proceso arbitral en trámite ante la Cámara de Comercio Internacional suspender la tramitación del arbitraje, hasta que el mismo magistrado resolviese el pedido de recusación de los árbitros y la formalización del acta de misión que incluya las postulaciones del EBY.
