The House of Representatives of the US parliament again impeached President Donald Trump, this time for "incitement of insurrection" at last week's Capitol riot. Ten Republicans switched sides to the Democrats to impeach the president by 232- 197 on Wednesday. He is the first president in US history to be impeached twice, or charged with crimes by Congress, the US parliament.
