Updated CLLS/Law Society MAR Q&A

On 30 June 2017, the City of London Law Society and the Law Society published their updated Q&A on MAR. This updated version of the Q&A includes a new Part C relating to various transactions (for example, placings or open offers, etc.) involving a subscription for shares. It addresses three specific questions in relation to disclosure of inside information in connection with such transactions:
