Vaccine arrives by Jan 25, reg from Jan 26.

The first shipment of Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine is likely to reach Bangladesh between January 21 and 25 for vaccination against the coronavirus pandemic that took a fresh daily toll of 22 lives in the country. Officials of the Directorate General of Health Services said this at a press briefing on Monday afternoon. DGHS will get the vaccines from importing company Pharmaceuticals on January 27. "The government is going to launch online registration for Covid-19 vaccine recipients from January 26," the DGHS said. Vaccination may start countrywide on February 27. Bangladesh will get the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine from Serum Institute of India under a deal. The government has purchased three crore shots of the vaccine from Serum for $4 per shot, according to the tripartite agreement signed between it, SII and Beximco Pharmaceuticals on November 5 last year...
