Customers are at the heart of everything we do at vLex. The vLex Insights Program gives our customer base the unique opportunity to voice their opinions on new products to ensure they accurately reflect and meet the diverse needs of legal professionals.
Once you sign up, our team will hand-select members from the community to beta-test relevant products to identify areas of improvement and any points of confusion, and receive early access to new content collections and tools. This ensures that we are delivering the best service possible to customers who have come to rely on us.

The purpose of this program is to beta-test our products or provide feedback on new tools and collections, helping us to improve them before they launch to ensure we are delivering the best service possible.
Who can sign up?
Anyone is eligible to join the program and provide feedback on relevant products.
What is required of me?
When we have new products and collections, our team will contact select members of the Insights community who will be invited to either join a focus group, one-to-one producting feedback interviews or to beta test new tools. More information will be provided when you are contact, and you can opt-out at any time.
Do I need to respond to every request?
You are free to opt-in and opt-out of the program at anytime, and you can choose to take part in product testing or user feedback for products relevant to you.
